To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年愛上左吃雲桂香，覺得佢嘅酸辣湯底好好味😋所以午餐一諗唔到食咩就會去上年第五波疫情未到時逢午巿就好多人，要拎飛仔等大約3-4個字，但近半年已經可以直入，我相信同質素下降有關。我每次都只會叫相同嘅野：小窩米線配龍蝦卷同滷水雞翼，中小辣。不過最近呢次叫，中小辣竟然變左中大辣，辣到差啲食唔到，雞翼又有斷骨，米線又份量少左，不過除左呢幾點，味道依家無變嘅，龍蝦卷係來貨，味道一致但之前好似香口啲咁囉。不過係銅鑼灣黎講，米線嘅選擇的確唔多
