🎀 Signature Menu($1188 for 1)✨ Homemade BreadCroissant同Baguette,Croissant層層酥脆,雖然酥皮比較油,但牛油味係幾香;Baguette正常。✨ Caviar魚子醬配青瓜啫喱,魚子醬充滿魚油油脂,底部酸酸哋嘅青瓜啫喱中和咗少少魚子醬嘅油脂。✨ Cévennes Onion, Black Truffle 洋蔥本身帶甜味,而且每一瓣都沾上咗黑松露。餐牌上冇提及呢一道菜會連埋蘑菇湯一齊上,用杯裝嘅蘑菇湯有驚喜,味道超級香濃。✨ Duck Foie Gras 鴨肝同鱔魚嘅配搭,入口即化,配上嘅紅菜頭醬紅菜頭味唔算好重,下面仲有墊咗炸面包粒,整體好味 🤤。✨ Lobster 龍蝦配上蟹膏磨嘅汁,面仲鋪咗海露荀,另外仲有時令青豆同甘荀蓉做配搭。龍蝦偏淡味,可能前面一道我比較鍾意,相比之下呢一道驚喜不大。✨ Wagyu Ribeye 用上嚟自日本岩手縣嘅和牛,點咗廚師推介嘅Medium Rare,和牛紅得嚟唔會太血,肉肉咬落幾Juicy同有彈性 🤤,拌碟嘅Smash Potato牛油味香。✨ Raspberry & Chocolat

相比之下比較冇咁熱門嘅米芝蓮餐廳,平日中午去人流算係比較少。聽聞評價比較不一,不過當天整體感覺出品都唔錯 ☺️。Menu上對於每一道菜嘅description同埋食材無寫得太詳細,所以令上枱嘅時候每一道菜都有少少驚喜(有啲冇expect嘅食材)。每一道菜上菜間距非常舒適,唔會太chur得嚟又唔會等太耐,安排實在唔錯,整體用餐經歷唔錯 ☺️。
