To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次到茶木食東西都是在午餐或者晚餐時段，今天逛完街之後就打算吃點東西醫醫肚子。先看餐牌其實跟午餐的價格差不多，多了點輕食；我們點了一份滷牛肉刈包和一份麻醬雞絲冷手作麵。只要是涼拌的食物，只要加上日式麻醬都會立即提升其味道，所以沒有甚麼好評論的地方，只是覺得有點不合正價比，因為份量很少雞絲也很少，價錢是$58，以下午茶來說這不太合正價比。刈包比我想像中好，刈包好軟熟，雖油刈包是沒有味道的，但加上滷牛肉的醬汁一起食就剛剛好👍🏽還有炸甜薯條，甜薯條上撒上梅粉，酸酸甜甜的還不錯吃的。
