To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. service - waiter and waitresses were courteous and friendly, except one guy manning the beverage station (?) wearing black T shirt being unexpectedly impertinent as he was very blunt when meeting our group at the reception podium. no greeting and basically instructing you to provide phone number and just walked away to the assigned table without having advised you of this. Arrived the table , he just said you have 90 mins then walked away …appalling… hope this is just because of his bad mood of the day but not consistent demeanors.

Food - happy with the food but can spot that the vegetarian skillet was with much smaller portion that before and the greens were quite raw or just quite different from what i had in the same restaurant before.
