To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德昌,由土瓜灣發跡,從北帝街的小舖做起,後來越做越大,連開分店。。。。今天,土瓜灣店一早連根拔起,而事實上,當德昌擴充起來,連碟頭飯,茶餐特餐都賣起來的時候,魚蛋也沒有以前的好吃,量產化之下,魚蛋的質感,只能用四個字來說:量化寬鬆!土瓜灣店沒有了,我反而開始有點懷念,這個早上,走到去九龍城店,以魚蛋粉作早餐。$25一碗的身價,比十多年前貴得不知多少,湯身還可,大多地方魚蛋河的湯身,是比較淡一點的。魚蛋質感爽口又彈牙,魚味鮮濃不腥,似乎,還我本色了。魚片質素亦不賴。想重口味一點,加些辣醬吧,檯上的辣醬任你加,辣度強勁,保証磨練到你的腹肌胸肌心肌。。果然,要治本,必須重口味。
