To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得同中辣知音朋友lunch, 當然係食雲桂香！ 朋友食腩肉小鍋米線 腩肉本身都辣辣地，所以湯嘅色水比中辣level嘅紅更紅，麻辣味十足！我就食豬大腸小鍋米粉 見menu有手寫米粉二字就轉左，我都係叫中辣走芫茜，我碗都好紅一睇就知唔簡單，豬大腸好大舊好入味，有d小小粒肉碎連米粉連辣到流眼淚嘅湯底，食食下不知不覺變了孖腸咀但係都要繼續食因為實在太四川feel太有風味了！有個小tips就係其實不用叫太多餸，主要享受個湯底同米線就夠，好似我上次叫左3個餸，根本食唔哂個麵的。同埋阿姐好好人，原來2點半係tea就可加$3有野飲(冷熱同價)佢就幫我地5分鐘後先入單，like!
