To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平凡嘅星期日，兩個人去食三哥做lunch始終係繁忙時間，少不免要等下嘅btw，一開果陣佢個門口係對街架，後尾夏天果陣就改左用商場果個出入口啦，唔使食廢氣又可以涼住冷氣等食開三哥嘅都知道，食米線係揀辣同料者我就食開炸醬，想食冇咁淡就要酸辣（第一次食就已經番唔到轉頭，又酸又辣嘅感覺仲正過麻辣）神奇地今次碗酸辣睇落清左啲，但係都聞到酸味嘅米線食入口，酸味會多過辣味，但係會感受到辣的力量，正正係呢種味道吸引我，明明係食辣但係唔係一味得辣至於炸醬係我叫開叫慣果味，開頭覺得炸醬可以幫手止辣（起碼感覺上冇咁辛苦）不過宜家都食慣酸辣，由一開始會流鼻水到宜家冇乜野，炸醬變左做賣飛佛啦呀媽就食三哥酸辣，其實佢就食開麻辣嘅（幾辣就唔講啦），不過三哥酸辣就大約係酸辣同麻辣嘅中間，個人之前食過覺得都唔差，只係食果個話冇下次（事實上比我都未必再食，不過我係因為酸辣太吸引）其實土匪雞翼都好食，不過今次唔想食太多所以冇叫小食加埋杯凍檸茶，就食左個飽肚嘅lunch啦（事實上米線真係性價比高）
