To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實都一段時間冇來晚餐。。諗住六八折優惠就嚟完。。。今晚去食返餐好嘅今日星期一8:00嘅時段都有九成滿座算不錯了。。今晚原本我們order三個小菜。。燒味雙拼。。燒腩仔拼燒鵝。。原來選擇燒腩仔要額外加$10 㗎。。。不過是但啦。。整體上我覺得不過不失啦。。唔算有什麼特別金沙倉魚球。。上枱賣相就一流但一食落去我真的覺得難食🥺的確條魚熱燙燙但是我覺得很腥。。🤭🤭🤭這味菜我們真的吃不下唯有外帶拿回家看看工人願不願意吃(她很愛吃魚🐟)最後還點了一個蟹肉🦀珊瑚煎元貝(帶子)。。這個反而很驚喜大大粒帶子煎得很好。。爽又有咬口😋由於剛才金沙倉魚球🐟完全食不下。。好鬼腥🤭🤭🤭。。唯有再叫一個欖菜帶子蟹肉炒飯。。幸好沒有令我失望。。不過奇怪一點就是竟然落秋葵加入配料炒。。口味又很清新喎最後當然要order一份甜品🍮。。竟然三色腰豆糕。。也能有六八折優惠。。由於今晚叫了一樣難食的金沙倉魚球。。所以令整頓飯花費就多了💸💸💸。。也有少少中伏🤦🏻‍♀️
