話時話,芝士撻的熱潮都有成年,都未冷卻。大大話話我都試左十幾間芝士撻,今次嚟試下太古新裝修好嘅Fari-beurre 。呢到嘅芝士撻應該係工場做好左,之後嚟到店面做最後嘅加工,會見到店員掃上最後一層蛋漿再去焗埋個面就完成。撻成個都幾厚身下,撻邊係用曲奇餅,有厚度,香脆。岩岩攞出嚟嘅時候,仲係有微熱。內層的芝士多,食落個芝士味濃。但稍覺得芝士唔夠creamy ,有d泡狀。如果可以實番小小更好。一個20蚊,買5個送一個。價錢同出面比差不多,唔算特貴。
