To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 必吃 薑米鮮魚炒飯 每次來都會點這個!一碟最好四個人一起吃。如果只有一個人或兩個人的話,可能就太飽,吃不下其他東西。燉湯:不會太鹹,材料十足。海鮮類也是非常新鮮,調味剛好。 因為一心是來吃薑米鮮魚炒飯的,所以其他菜式沒有太注意,只是印像中每樣都有鑊氣,不會太鹹,也不是太油。咕嚕肉有沒有加太多的炸粉或麵粉之類,這點非常難得。反正每樣都挺好吃的!服務方面,所有人都很友善、很細心,這是有點樣我意想不到的。非常欣賞記得要訂枱,那就不用等了。

燉湯:不會太鹹,材料十足。

海鮮類也是非常新鮮,調味剛好。
因為一心是來吃薑米鮮魚炒飯的,所以其他菜式沒有太注意,只是印像中每樣都有鑊氣,不會太鹹,也不是太油。咕嚕肉有沒有加太多的炸粉或麵粉之類,這點非常難得。反正每樣都挺好吃的!

服務方面,所有人都很友善、很細心,這是有點樣我意想不到的。非常欣賞


記得要訂枱,那就不用等了。
