To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

風摩一時的迴轉壽司好似失傳左一排，今日去幫襯荷李活呢間元氣壽司竟然有驚喜。遠望已見到坐位上有好多部ipad. 開頭以為係一般電子落單。點知一坐低見到好神奇的事，有d壽司喺我地面前飛過！！！原來呢間店係做極速自動落單出菜系統。用個ipad揀左野食之後，1分鐘左右，壽司就會送到你面前。唔知係咪因為流轉快了，壽司特別新鮮。每一件都好好味！元氣一直都係我頭號最愛壽司店，估唔到10多年來佢都仲有得再進步！看來我呢排又會成日幫襯了~~~特別推介赤海蝦，超鮮甜，食左真係大大大滿足！而家仲有蒜蓉牛油赤海蝦，又多一種極上滿足~~~
