同事介紹湯底很補,就跟友人去試試。先點了樣熟食醫醫肚,百花釀油條炸得很香脆,墨魚打得很煙韌,點了雞醬更惹味。點了准山杞子鮮鮑燉雞湯,店員很細心地幫雞隻去骨。先喝一碗湯,有數隻鮑魚、蔘、雞腳等食材,確實很進補。五味豚拼盤放置得很精緻,最高層有豬紅,中層有豚肉,最底則有豬潤、豬腸和豬皮。豬紅很結實,點豉油最好吃。厚切豚肉有口感。而我最愛是豬腸,餐廳處理得很乾淨,很惹味。手切牛邊位 - 超級好吃的牛肉,爽口且牛味濃郁,點不點豉油一樣好吃。有點厚度,更有咬感。跟友人很快就清了整碟牛肉。蟹皇餃很濃郁的蟹膏味,包得很精美,煮時亦沒有散開。羽衣甘藍吃下去像芥蘭,挺特別的,因為平時吃火鍋都是點生菜跟娃娃菜,偶然有新嘗試是不錯的。吃火鍋最愛喝青檸梳打,夠解渴!侍應們很細心,時不時來加湯。

五味豚拼盤放置得很精緻,最高層有豬紅,中層有豚肉,最底則有豬潤、豬腸和豬皮。豬紅很結實,點豉油最好吃。厚切豚肉有口感。而我最愛是豬腸,餐廳處理得很乾淨,很惹味。
