To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於將軍澳康城的清湯腩麵食店，面積算大，中間是圓枱，兩旁則有卡位及4人座位。麵店主要供應不同款式的湯麵，如清湯麵、酸辣粉、擔擔麵、咖喱風味湯麵、亦有飯類選擇。淨食：淨韮菜（10粒）水餃除了麵飯主食外，還有淨餸菜。餃子形狀不一，看得出是自家包製，粒粒也很飽滿、大隻。餃子皮厚，所以夾起來不會那麼容易破掉。餃子有7或10隻份量選擇，菜肉餡料平均，韮菜味尤其突出，肉汁鮮美。另外，本身是清湯底，嗜辣的不妨加點辣椒油，湯底頓時更加惹味。淨食：油菜（芥蘭）芥蘭新鮮清甜，綠油油，大大碟。
