To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺炮台山小巷入面發現到呢間日式小店,店面睇落好有日本居酒屋既味道,店內見到有日本人一家大細係度食緊,應該有信心保證!😚 今次試左個炸豬扒配凍蕎麥麵。雖然佢價錢要一百蚊多啲,但豬扒真係好─大─塊!佢標榜用上日本豬肉,而我食落去肉質軟腍,佢側邊會有小小肥肉,好有油香!點埋個豬扒汁真係無得輸!🥰蕎麥麵正常,加埋麵汁好食!🤭 另外仲食左個天婦羅配冷烏冬。天婦羅外表夠薄又炸得香脆,蝦夠甜夠新鮮,最驚喜係個南瓜超級甜,真係必試!😍😍可惜個烏冬就硬左少少,第一次食咁硬既烏冬,要好用力咁咬同咀嚼,都食到幾辛苦lol 但個冷麵汁夠凍同甜甜地係好食既~😄

另外仲食左個天婦羅配冷烏冬。天婦羅外表夠薄又炸得香脆,蝦夠甜夠新鮮,最驚喜係個南瓜超級甜,真係必試!😍😍
可惜個烏冬就硬左少少,第一次食咁硬既烏冬,要好用力咁咬同咀嚼,都食到幾辛苦lol
但個冷麵汁夠凍同甜甜地係好食既~😄
