To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知有冇人係譚仔嘅忠實fans特別去旅行嘅時候都好想食一碗譚仔呢一條引 真係久唔久就有。今日突然想食譚仔所以就嚟咗食一碗雞肉酸辣米線原來依家仲有一人小食加配 加$10紅油木耳或者紅油青瓜加$15就有麻辣豬耳或者四川青椒皮蛋有時就會覺得譚仔 除咗米線之外都好想食埋啲小食。 當一個人食唔到咁多 一人小食真係最佳嘅選擇唔知有冇人同我一樣即使叫咗麻辣或者酸辣湯，都好想問譚仔姐姐拎啲辣椒油黎食食可能覺得譚仔嘅辣椒特別香 食完特別滿足😃
