To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運咁有名氣就緊係要試下啦 , 正好我呢期食點心食上癮無時無刻都想食點心 , 咁啱哂啦因為我間唔中都去港島區覓食 , 今次就揀咗中環分店地點嚟講都真係考起我 , 事關我多數搭巴士所以都搵咗兩三個字先搵到 , 至於附近環境係比較靜但店內就一般特別係幾張長型枱坐正呢幾張度都真係有啲逼.....講返啲嘢食先 焗叉燒包 : 外層鬆軟鬆軟幾香不過唔好咁大啖咬入面啲餡真係幾熱叉燒腸 : 除咗唔會一夾就爛外都冇咩特別馬拉糕 : 又唔會太甜個味有少少似黑糖味陳皮牛肉球 : 並唔係全部都食得出陳皮個種甘味不過都唔錯反觀食物或價錢係唔錯同唔太貴 , 只係食物嘅選擇上唔係好多再多少少或者更好!!!

焗叉燒包 : 外層鬆軟鬆軟幾香不過唔好咁大啖咬入面啲餡真係幾熱

叉燒腸 : 除咗唔會一夾就爛外都冇咩特別

馬拉糕 : 又唔會太甜個味有少少似黑糖味

陳皮牛肉球 : 並唔係全部都食得出陳皮個種甘味不過都唔錯

反觀食物或價錢係唔錯同唔太貴 , 只係食物嘅選擇上唔係好多再多少少或者更好!!!
