To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 遲黎既生日飯,今餐難得妹妹請食飯,仲要揀一個環境不錯既地方食飯,實在難得😬叫左隻片皮鴨,皮夠脆,麵包皮仲係熱辣辣既,同埋啲醬汁一齊食超正,我最愛侍應啲好好,會考慮到食得唔好浪費既方法,提議剩下既鴨肉或是骨可以拎黎煲湯或是炒飯,最後我地選擇炒飯,可以慳番一道餸既價錢😬😬呢款係糖醋骨,酸酸甜甜好開胃,而隔離個配菜其實係雪梨黎架,真係估佢唔到😆😆生日通常都會叫雞食,脆皮雞 ,皮當然脆卜卜,肉好嫩滑呢碟菜我都好鍾意,因為係黑松露腐皮菜心,濃郁既黑松露放入口中 真係有種說不出既好味,菜都係啱啱好,不會煮得過老👏🏻👏🏻最好當然係我妹俾我既驚喜生日蛋糕,超驚喜❤️❤️
