係咪好奇怪, 點解會以此為題? 呢度一向係食buffet 架喎....不錯, 大部份人都講過呢度的生蠔, 長腳蟹之類...其實呢度的燒烤製作也頗認真架! 推介往pool side 的玻璃門, 一陣撲鼻而來的bbq 味. 好正! 跟著香味走, 不到十步, 已見外藉廚師為大家效勞. 只見有一大不锈鋼烤爐, 放上琳瑯滿目的食物, 有雞翼, 牛扒, 羊架, 仲有....漢堡....不錯! 我就要了羊架和漢堡! 羊架加上少少薄荷汁, 好juicy. 火喉拿揑得剛剛好, 不會過熟. 好嫩滑. 漢堡扒係直徑約1.5尺, 好迷你, 因為襯番個飽嘛. 只見廚師, 先用pan 燒香, 再放上火爐完成. 可能因此, 肉汁得以保留. 麵飽兩邊也烘過, 脆脆地, 架上蕃茄片和生菜, 看上去十分醒目. 味道中規中距, 不算很突出, 我覺得賣相吸引點!
