週五收工約咗契妹同蕃薯uncle於灣仔享用歡樂時光,飲到咁上吓就喺附近間「餃子源」買外賣醫肚。雖然手持外賣紙,但以OpenRice手機程式落單,除咗餐飲款式及價格一目了然,食物準備好有訊息通知之外,仲可以兌換埋儲下嘅Rice$,簡易快捷得很!香煎素鵝($41):每道餸菜都有獨立膠盒包裝,衛生企理。韌皮嘅素鵝毫不酥脆,講真似係腐皮卷多過素鵝囉,不吃也吧!煎白菜豬肉餃($36/五隻):如相所示,餃餃其實似係炸多過煎,餃皮雖則唔油,不過就偏厚同硬,幸好白菜豬肉餡心尚算鮮嫩。煎鮮蝦韭黃豬肉餃($40/五隻):有對比下,賣相較豐滿嘅鮮蝦韭黃豬肉餃咬落更為爽脆甜美。加配時菜(+ $3):另配嘅紹菜清甜多汁,加三蚊黎講份量都好足。雞絲粉皮($45):以麻醬調味嘅雞絲粉皮芳香爽潤。京汁蒜泥安格斯牛肉($68)加紅油底(+ $5):修長嘅安格斯牛肉因過熟而變得老嚡同乾,不過好在切得夠薄所以完全唔覺得韌,捲入惹味嘅蒜泥及黏上香辣嘅紅油即成功為牛肉添上濕潤與爽嫩。香炸豬扒($46):可能豬扒夠薄身,食落唔會好乾,不過皮層濕濕腍腍,平心而論,啲煎餃子比豬扒更似「香炸」囉。灣仔小店「餃子源」外賣安排妥當,電子下
