Finally made it to Afuri for their yuzu ramen and tsukumen months after their recent opening in HK. Luckily the craze was over and only had to wait for a few minutes before being seated. Tasted exactly like the one I had in Japan – love how both the soup base and tsukumen sauce were super refreshing with yuzu flavor infused in them🍋自從在日本吃過Afuri的柚子拉麵就對它念念不忘香港分店一直想等熱潮過了才去味道真的和記憶裡在日本吃的差不多柚子味的拉麵和沾麵味道清爽很適合夏天吃☀️沾麵的柚子味比拉麵更突出麵條也比較粗身細看還發現每根麵條裡有一點點的麥粒好神奇喔🍜
