晚上約了友人到這間餐廳用餐,餐廳坐滿了人,不少前來的人都有預約。點了一個二人晚市套餐,,按選擇有不同的價錢。我們選Part A + Part A ($388),即是在Part A一欄選兩項主菜。頭盆是特色四式多士,包括磯煮飽魚、蟹肉牛油果、蝦球蕃茄沙沙和水牛芝士巴馬火腿。最喜歡蝦球蕃茄沙沙,一次嚐遍蝦球的𡙁口和蕃茄的酸甜,再加上底層的香脆多士,整體的口感和味道甚佳。其次是水牛芝士巴馬火腿,一小片巴馬臣火腿的燻香,配上軟彈的水牛芝士,同有出色的口感和味道。煎封吞拿魚蜜柑沙律,蜜柑非常香甜多汁,配上兩小件吞拿魚,味道甚佳。自家製廣島蠔慕絲雜菌意大利飯,主要吃到雜菌和意大利飯。意大利飯黏稠有致,在一兩口間能嚐到非常爽滑的雜菌。意大利飯以黑大圓碟盛上,圓碟旁邊灑上芝士粉,令賣相更亮麗。把芝士粉加到飯內,與飯攪拌,芝士粉令意大利飯更香濃黏稠,會變得更好吃。墨魚汁海鮮扁意粉,不光是有黑色的外表,跟一般的墨魚汁意粉不同,這個還有墨魚的香氣。彈牙的意粉入口細滑,沒有一般墨魚汁的黏稠,在味道上讓人驚喜。最亮眼的海鮮是青口,多肉的青口有淡淡的海水味。凍奶茶,糖分開上,可按喜好添加。加了三分一糖,令奶茶更柔
