今日和媽媽補吃新年飯,所以訂了枱食川菜,因為她還是比較喜歡中式的菜式。*杏汁燉白肺湯 ($90/位)一上枱就已經有香香的杏仁味傳出;湯很清甜,一點都不油膩;飲完感覺很滋潤,真的很適合這個乾燥的季節呀!很多湯料,有雞腳、肺、豬肉和菜。用來沾湯料食的*瓦罉焗胡椒蝦 ($428)一煲有八隻的胡椒蝦;用了大量的胡椒包著蝦,蝦已經開邊去腸和頭的膏,方便起蝦肉;蝦身很有胡椒香味,比較乾身。胡椒香而不辣*酸菜桂魚片 ($308)這個用超大碗上的酸菜桂魚片,是帶點辣味的菜式;桂魚片起了肉,一點骨都吃不到;酸菜帶辣味,所以不吃辣的只吃桂魚片都可以接受;桂魚片很彈牙,肉質很滑。*菠蘿咕嚕肉 ($178) 菠蘿咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜的;菠蘿是用了新鮮的菠蘿;咕嚕肉外脆內爽口,而且不肥膩。*紅油雲吞 ($98)雲吞皮薄餡靚,是豬肉和蝦的餡;紅油這個看上去很辣,但其實因為加了黑醋,所以其實不太辣;反而帶點酸酸的。*上湯雲吞 ($98)上湯這個味道最吃到原來的味,比較清一點。*甜品今日的甜品有紅豆沙和這個雪耳海底椰;最近比較乾燥,所以想要滋潤一下!雪耳的質感不太硬也不太軟,糖水質感有點厚,不會太甜。
