最近到訪了位於旺角通菜街嘅人氣串燒店,燒烤堂。分別有吧枱、卡位同包廂。環境都唔錯,不過當然食物只係最緊要。鹽燒原塊雞皮: 非常香脆,忍唔住encore咗一轉。汁燒雞肝: 燒到半生熟、入口即化嘅口感加上香濃醬汁,成個口腔都係雞肝嘅香味。麻辣魚春: 燒到比較乾身,配上麻辣都幾惹味。鹽燒芥蘭頭:都係第一次食,口感比較爽,好重菜味。豚肉節瓜波板糖豚肉同節瓜一層一層再捲起,配上醬汁,口感豐富特別孜然燒蒜心:燒完仲keep到佢嘅Juice配上孜然粉,唔錯。蟹膏燒飯團:飯團質感有啲飯焦嘅感覺,上面配上香濃嘅蟹膏。黑糖燒菠蘿: 焦糖化嘅菠蘿散甜香多汁,酸甜平衡得恰到好處。整體而言,呢間串燒店的菜色多樣味道唔錯,值得再次光顧!
