To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 宜家越黎越多人食素除左對身體好d,都對地球好d我都係抱住呢個諗法每星期都會搵餐食下素今日跟家人一齊去左位於旺角呢間 無肉食餐廳位置容易搵到本身無book位星期六大概12點去到(間餐廳開1130)都仲有位, 不過見到好多留左座建議可以先book位入座前先收錢假日午餐每人$80,平日$70午餐可以食75分鐘拎個位隻碟就可以出去拎野食啦初初睇食評見到話食物唔夠熱本來都對此有d擔心但未知係咪假日人多關係D野食清得快,換得快,好多野食都新鮮熱辣而且好多時新換既款式已經唔係之前個款,不停有新野試有涼菜、沙津、炸物、粥粉麵飯、不同煮法既熱菜(有南瓜、冬瓜、翠玉瓜、小白菜、豆角、菜心、菠菜等太多不能盡錄)、煎鹹甜糕點、凍糕、湯水、糖水、羅漢果水、檸檬水、西瓜水果等款式十分之多!其中我最鍾意食嘅係凍豆腐,蕃茄炒蛋同春卷普遍覺得全部都幾好食呢間餐廳收碟都係自助形式食完收完就走得啦素食自助餐黎講呢間款式好多,推薦!
