東南亞菜系中,一向都幾鍾意食越南菜,曾經自由行去過越南兩次,到訪過唔少地方,河內、胡志明就唔在講啦,上木帆船晌下龍灣過一晚嘅旅程好舒服,到美奈睇沙漠賞夕陽亦喺唔錯體驗。今晚就嚟到「越風味」食吓越南嘢,短期暫未打算出門,就先回味一吓越南味道。雖然餐廳門口窄窄,但整個舖位好深長,可以一眼望到尾,加上一室蘋果綠,又夠光猛,所以,予人感覺好清爽,牆身兩邊有少少越南嘅風景油畫,以及越南嘅傳統笠帽作裝飾,帶出少少越南風情。餐枱就一大本過埋膠,都有啲難影,好彩門口有啲單張紙攞,所以,掃描出嚟俾大家參考吓。睇落都喺好慣常見到嘅越南美食,如米紙卷、越式法包、風味小食、湯河、撈檬、飯品……等等,仲有各式各種特色飲品,選擇十分多,定價合理,又唔收加一。枱上就放咗幾樣調味料,而枱側就放咗餐具、紙巾。我哋簡簡單單食個粉麵,加杯飲品就算。自製春卷撈檬 $68友人同樣好鍾意食越南菜,不過,佢對撈檬就情有獨鍾,反而對湯粉卻喺一般般,所以,揀咗呢一款撈檬。睇啲春卷賣相,跟平常嘅好唔同,頗有特色,佢話唔單止脆而不膩,更喺味道豐富,非常好食;檬粉之上有大量甘筍絲、青瓜絲、生菜絲同花生碎,再到埋魚露撈埋一齊食,晌呢個初夏時食

友人同樣好鍾意食越南菜,不過,佢對撈檬就情有獨鍾,反而對湯粉卻喺一般般,所以,揀咗呢一款撈檬。睇啲春卷賣相,跟平常嘅好唔同,頗有特色,佢話唔單止脆而不膩,更喺味道豐富,非常好食;檬粉之上有大量甘筍絲、青瓜絲、生菜絲同花生碎,再到埋魚露撈埋一齊食,晌呢個初夏時食,實在美味透心涼。

椰汁芒果西米露 $28

若非擺喺飲品一欄,真喺以為佢喺個甜品,哈哈!大大杯西米露其實加咗大量椰汁底,飲落好清甜,椰子味濃,西米都無話煲腍晒,口感啱啱好,加埋有啲清甜嘅芒果粒,實在唔錯。

鮮茄蟹肉扎肉湯檬 $82

晌越南菜館食湯檬大多數都喺牛骨湯,蕃茄湯底都喺第一次,加上都幾鍾意食蟹肉、湯粉麵,所以揀咗呢個。跟預期有小小落差,因為以為蟹肉喺一梳梳嗰啲,而呢次喺半隻軟殼蟹;不過另一方面,原來除咗扎肉,仲有好多餸料,如鮮蝦、豬肉丸、香葉肉卷、豆卜,味道亦唔錯,加上個蕃茄湯底確喺幾濃香,幾開胃。

鮮榨芒果沙冰 $38

小弟幾鍾情芒果系飲品,加上店家標明喺鮮榨,自然喺一大亮點。揀咗杯芒果口味,沙冰嘅份量非常之足,夠晒大杯,而且芒果味確喺清甜濃郁,此外,質感打得好幼細,完全唔會有嗰種冰粒感。

依家嘅砵蘭街搞搞吓可以講喺發展咗成條食街,由旺角到油麻地整大段街,兩旁食肆林立,相對亦好大競爭,所以,做得住嘅餐廳絕對喺有一定嘅實力,睇見今晚「越風味」有咁多人幫襯,就知差唔得去邊。
