To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚在浸會醫院附近辦點事情,剛好是吃飯時間,便來到這間歷史悠久的冰室,由於已過了6:00 ,不能堂食,便購買外賣回家。現在有個飲食連環賞,七月二人餐$132,原價$189。菠蘿咕嚕肉,酸甜度適中,啖啖都是肉,是夏天必點的小菜。楊州炒飯,飯粒粒粒分明,最重要是有叉燒粒,因為現在很多餐廳,已經用了火腿絲來取代叉燒,味到感覺上比不上叉燒的口感,雖然回到家中,炒飯已經變暖,不過沒有影響到這個炒飯的味道。白灼時蔬,時蔬用薑和熱水焯熟,保持了蔬菜的鮮甜味道。餐湯,有西湯和中湯可供選擇,其中以羅宋湯的酸甜味道最為可取,如果淡一些更好。紅豆冰$13,這個紅豆冰的味道適中,確實不錯。不過由於外賣的包裝,沒有固定了這杯紅豆冰,所以回到家中已經倒瀉了三分之一,是美中不足之處。凍鴛鴦$3,茶和咖啡的味道平衡得很好,是一杯正宗港式的鴛鴦。
