To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日阿頭請食道別飯，餐廳安排坐近靠窗位置， 疫情下，枱與枱之間有大大的透明屏風，唔會覺得有壓迫感，環境寬敞，寧靜。同事唔客氣叫咗好多美食。龍蝦湯響米海鮮泡飯：龍蝦湯味濃沃，加埋脆脆，食落有新鮮感，欣賞。懷舊蝦多士：金黃香脆，炸後不油膩乾身，正～ 叫多幾籠全統點心，酒店級數新鮮，味道比一般茶樓優勝。甜品來個原個椰皇，真幸福可能係平日午飯，服務生服務不錯，沖水上額外醬料都較快，欣賞酒店提供兩小時泊車服務，不用周圍揾車位。
