將軍澳一個位於九龍東較偏遠既地方,偏偏今日我地黎到呢到食到一種越洋過海既海產味!一開始先講一講兩個甲羅燒,姐係燒蟹蓋,入面除左蟹膏同肉之外,分別加入左鵪鶉蛋同另一款係三文魚子同海膽。網燒完之後蟹膏味都幾重,三文魚子的確增加左口感,但本人都係鍾意鵪鶉蛋個份濕潤既感覺。鵝肝同帆立貝都好足料好大件,鵝肝燒至香脆,帆立貝都好creamy,係今日我覺得最好食既一道菜。海鮮丼有好多款式既刺身,雖然唔係款款都好好味,但款式同分量都好十足,入面啲赤醋飯都幾好食。又食左海膽啦,今次海膽好細粒但粒粒都鮮味十足,重點係冇苦澀或腥臭味,108蚊都好抵食!叫得浜燒我地又點會淨係食蟹蓋,呢到有大大隻帆立貝,燒烤方面有牛油,食用油同蒜蓉汁比大家自行燒烤,其中蒜蓉汁都同海鮮十分配搭,一隻帆立貝可以分到兩件,份量十足。係燒海鮮之中個人其實更喜歡呢個大蜆一黎夠大隻二黎鮮味充足,重點係58蚊就有6隻,唔落任何醬汁都夠晒鮮甜!燒牛舌相對一般,材料質素唔錯但我更喜愛佢燒得耐啲脆口啲。今日最貴既就係呢味鱈場蟹,外面只要你一咬就會感受到佢既醬油味,剪開蟹肉大大條食落都好過癮!仲要介紹既有明太子蛋卷,雞蛋甜度適中,明太子好多,一上枱

仲要介紹既有明太子蛋卷,雞蛋甜度適中,明太子好多,一上枱熱辣辣好吸引,食落好軟滑多汁。
其實我地仲食左唔少食物但太多款式未能盡錄,佢比我感覺係一間有不少串燒既海產店感覺,飲品種類多,又有日式裝潢,完全好似去左日本一樣。
