To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

襯住平日放假，所以約咗朋友去大澳行下，其實之前已經嚟過哩間酒店食tea，上次食咗佢過紫葵蛋糕。今次打算試下其他野，同埋行到好熱搵個地方坐低抖下傾下計，今次我個試咗個蝦醬雞翼，初頭都驚佢會好咸，但嚟得大澳冇理由唔試下啲土產，點知原來醬同雞翼方開上，酸酸甜甜幾好味同開胃。至於我朋友就叫咗魚柳炸薯條，魚柳唔會有厚厚既炸粉，薯條係小辣粗薯條。由於安排坐係窗口位，望出去真係好清新，價錢如果唔係成日食，都可接受。
