去完中央圖書館,諗住行返落銅鑼灣食野。行過希雲街,已一身汗,好想飲杯凍野,不如入去飲杯啤酒。天氣炎熱,先來一杯冰凍的啤酒吧!看看餐牌,這裏有不少佐酒的小吃喎,還掂齋飲有D悶,一於叫D野食嚟咬吓,唔駛落銅鑼灣搵野食。將日本蕃茄雪得冰凍,再在上面加上黑松露,蕃茄的鮮甜冰涼,黑松露的特別鮮味,為這夏日帶來一陣清涼的感受。枝豆鹹鹹地,又有豆香,一邊咬吓食吓,一邊傾偈吹水,不錯。用煙肉包着去核的荔枝串燒,燒香的煙肉,油膩感減去不少,吃起來既有煙肉的香脆,又有荔枝的鮮甜多汁小小青椒,帶點辣味,加上木魚絲及薑蓉,可口中帶點辛辣。北海道帶子又大粒又厚肉,咬落鮮甜,肉質彈牙可口這雞中翼連骨燒,皮脆肉鮮,一向愛雞翼,不太多肉,連骨的地方肉質較有咬口,串燒後又香又脆,好味。超甜粟米灼熟後加點牛油輕微燒一下,粟米仍保持煙韌,一放入口,牛油的香味加上粟米的甜味湧上來,而且能一洗口腔中肉的膩感,不俗。這三款調味醬料是用來蘸串燒的,分別是柚子汁、梅子汁和麪豉醬,麪豉醬味道較濃,梅子汁帶點酸,我和朋友都最愛最右邊的柚子汁,味道清新,為這夏日帶來一些解暑的氣色。吃了這麼多燒物,最後來一碗加入日本芥辣和紫菜絲的冷烏冬,烏
