行完將軍澳海旁,咁就去附近搵吓有啲咩高質嘅好餐廳。依間 形 Katachi Bar & Kushiyaki 環境裝修好靚,而且會有雞煲或者烤魚。我首先叫左佢哋嘅「秘製手撕雞」,雞肉鮮嫩多汁,麻麻辣辣再加埋大量嘅青瓜絲,帶出豐富嘅口味。接著嚟緊係「自家製黃金萬両」,炸雲吞皮包裹住鮮美充滿彈性嘅餡料同鮮蝦,絕對係一款令人回味無窮。唔好錯過嘅仲有「燒翠玉瓜」,翠綠嘅瓜皮保留住清脆口感,配合上香濃嘅醬汁,帶出瓜嘅甜味同滋味。今次我哋叫嘅主食係「泰式冬陰功烤魚」,鉗魚嘅魚肉好多,新鮮嘅魚肉淋上酸辣開胃嘅泰式湯底,超級好食。最後,清新嘅「青瓜梳打」為整餐增添咗一絲清爽嘅口感,清淡開胃。
