我的午餐系列-第12篇今天路經這裏,發現原來已經轉了做一間意粉餐廳,看門面和裝修,感覺都可以,所以就決定入去試一試。原來是在酒店的地庫,入到餐廳內、不論侍應、枱的擺設,都比一般餐廳高級。坐下後先點了個主菜,黑松露油帶子菠菜麵。接着就可以自己行去靠牆處,有兩款熱湯可供選擇,一款是中湯,另一款是南瓜湯。當天我就選了南瓜湯,味道不錯,有濃濃的南瓜味。接著,餐包也上桌了,那個包是熱的,安心了。意粉上場,帶子很有彈性,意粉汁味道可囗,不自覺地吃了整碟。然後又有個燉蛋做甜品,我已經飽飽了。最後,來一杯咖啡或茶,劃上完美的句號。留意,湯和飲品都是自助形式,自己去斟的。
