To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次說了中菜廳,等二日的午餐安排是這酒店的西餐廳。先以一份忌廉西蘭花湯作一序幕,另兩款主菜為燒牛肉配黑椒汁或煎石班柳配蕃茄汁,再來的雜果沙津作結尾。忌廉西蘭花湯不錯,當中部份西蘭花打成蓉和在忌廉湯裡,清香得很,配上不錯的麵包,這客忌廉西蘭花湯已佔了不小胃納;燒牛肉及石班柳兩者都有嚐過,燒牛肉是五成熟,夠厚身之餘牛肉味頗濃,配上英式芥辣更凸顯牛肉香味;另石班柳夠厚身,魚味濃鬱,可惜肉質較鞋,否則配上這鮮打的蕃茄醬理應不錯;雜果沙津其實是鮮雜果,每種鮮果嚐得出是精選種類,加上雪至冰凍才奉客,大廚想到以這果盤作結尾是個不錯的安排。似乎這酒店的西餐廳水準不錯,似乎中菜廳的要急起直追啊!
