To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於旺角的酒店Cityview Hong Kong 竟然推出咁正嘅二人套餐，地理位置超方便之外，餐廳內環境－流，同朋友食飯靜靜哋可以傾吓偈。鮮鮑魚配泰式辣汁 / 泰式炸蝦餅 / 糯米釀雞翼 / 柚子大蝦沙柚子沙律🥗啲蝦新鮮，沙律酸酸哋，好醒胃；其他炸物炸得香脆之餘，配上甜酸汁，食落特別嘢味。大頭蝦冬蔭功湯大頭蝦新鮮大隻，蕃茄、草菇、香茅….材料豐富，味道鮮美，唔係太辣，容易入口。黃咖哩軟殼蟹好香咖哩味上湯金邊粉椰汁紅咖喱烤鱈魚個紅咖喱用蔬菜和椰汁烹煮，加入烤鱈魚。鱈魚扒個面剛好烤到金黃色，大大件，真係食唔停口。炭燒薄牛扒伴香辣汁炭燒牛扒七成熟，配埋個泰式香辣汁，突顯了牛肉味。香蘭珍多椰汁糕食泰國菜，椰汁糕都唔少得，食完咁多辣辣地嘅嘢，食返個甜品中和番口腔的辣味剛剛好。
