成日都覺得去酒店食飯一定好貴,今日陪友人去大角咀剪頭髮,佢話附近嘅帝盛酒店好抵食,咁就試試佢!一睇個menu嚇親,最平68有交易,最貴都係108,生蠔都係10蚊隻,以酒店環境黎計,坐得咁舒服,真係好抵!試埋D野食再講!每個餐都有前菜甜品,當日有枝豆,味道爽甜、牛肚,微辣開胃、醃漬蕃茄,甜甜酸酸好開胃,本身蕃茄亦都好新鮮!湯係日式蜆肉湯,不過不失!火炙魚生飯賣相砌得好靚,廚師有精心擺盤,睇到都已經想食!帶子厚度適中,入口鮮甜無腥味。三文魚經過火炙做到外面焦香內裡半熟,兩種口感。鰻魚都有兩三片,味道就正常。壽司飯軟硬適中,仲帶點濕潤!整體好滿意!友人叫左個黑松露蟹籽吞拿魚伴意粉($108),蟹籽伴碟好精緻,吞拿魚調過味唔會乾爭爭,黑松露更加幫碟意粉加上一點咸鮮味。整體友人都好滿意!
