To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳新裝修，環境優美， 酒店級數。 非常適合情侶拍拖。 先來一杯迎賓飲品～ Strawberry 🍓 fuzzy 甜蜜蜜 。不算好甜，如果可以酸少少做餐前飲品就可以更加醒胃。自家製麵包，加自家製奶油及木薯 再來 法國生蠔 sunonyme 新鮮 juicy 海水味濃。 牛骨髓多士 非常特別的搭配，吃田螺嘅模樣、但是啫喱的texture , 點啲醋食可以去除油膩感 蘆筍湯帶有少少忌廉味。黑毛豬鞍配上蘋果蓉 黑毛豬安完全沒有豬肉嘅噪聲未，而且非常軟棉，搭配蘋果蓉一起吃就可以去除油膩感， 是晚推介。
