To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少來太古城, 估不到原來是這麼多人飲茶的, 已經放棄了美心皇宮, 因為要等20多張枱, 行多2 步來到同系的潮庭, 人比較少, 不用5分鐘便有位了.坐得好密, 不知道是否午餐的座位編排是這樣嗎? 椅背撞到別人椅背, 郁都唔敢亂郁.只得2口子, 不能點太多食物.白灼魷魚生腸牛栢業, 這款點心越來越少地方有得食了, 哈哈全是膽固醇高的食物, 都不能常吃呢, 份量都OK, 魷魚有鬚有肉, 生腸亦爽, 不錯!蒸鳳爪, 這個比較遜色, 啲醬汁好杰. 蝦餃, 大小適中, 蝦新鮮, 但d 皮就有少少穿, ok 啦!白灼芥蘭, 灼得都幾好, 啱啱少少淋, 跟這碟菜一起拿來是牒豉油, 咁我想要蠔油嘛, 就問侍應要一碟, 怎知她答我他們無蠔油, 我再一次問, "吓? 廚房無蠔油?" 佢真係答我無....聽到真係O 咀, 酒樓無蠔油? 真的有點不忿, 再問經理拿, 他便拿碟蠔油給我們, 之後那個侍應就避開我們的枱, 不經過我們.甜品係馬拉糕, 不會太甜, 又不太濕, 剛好, 就是嫌份量太多, 因為已經好飽了, hahaa!
