勁鮮甜醬油蟹😍😍呢間韓國餐廳真係要特別介紹,因為我都係第一次食醬油蟹,以前唔敢想像生嘅蟹係咩味,但係朋友話試完就返唔到轉頭,真係好好好好味呀。醬油拼盤,$780朋友話要試就一次過試晒幾款啦,就算真係唔鍾意食,佢一個人都可以食到兩隻蟹。點知一食就愛上佢。蟹加咗糖去醃嘅,所以唔會好鹹,反而更鮮甜,蟹肉好滑,啲膏多到爆晒出嚟,一大啖食真係勁香。佢仲配埋兩大舊紫菜飯,放係蟹蓋上撈啲膏嚟食,真係好惹味。除咗蟹,仲有4隻鮑魚同6隻蝦,蝦都係生嘅醃嘅,同樣好滑好鮮甜。而鮑魚我就唔知係生定熟醃嘅,因為口感係似熟鮑魚咁實淨彈牙嘅,而且都幾入味,啖啖肉啖啖滋味。蒸蛋,$75職員話韓國人好鍾意嘅一道菜,不妨一試,我哋以為好似日本蒸蛋咁細細碗,點知一大碗,好實在,滿滿嘅蛋白質,蒸蛋冇落太多嘢蒸,主要食到好香嘅蛋香味。韓牛--封柳門,$280因為想食啲特別啲嘅肉,職員話必試韓牛。我就揀咗偏瘦嘅封門柳,因為唔係度度食到韓牛,所以都真係要試。估唔到咁瘦嘅牛肉質都可以咁嫩,兩邊燒十零秒食口感最好,仲有肉汁係嘴入面,真係好正。醃製豬肋肉,$138朋友唔食牛,所以點多啲豬俾佢食啦,佢勁鍾意食個豬扒,醃過嚟嘅,好嫩好入味,

朋友唔食牛,所以點多啲豬俾佢食啦,佢勁鍾意食個豬扒,醃過嚟嘅,好嫩好入味,佢食到停唔到口,兩塊大大塊嘅豬扒好快俾我哋ko咗。

豬頸肉,$118

因為前面嘅嘢食得太飽,呢個咁大份嘅豬頸肉最後都剩幾塊食唔落,佢太實在啦,啖啖都係肉,肉質爽口彈牙,外層帶點脂肪,不過完全唔油膩。

朋友話咁啱有韓國朋友係香港,遲啲可以帶埋佢哋嚟食,佢哋一定會鍾意☺️既然去唔到旅行,就留係香港食多啲唔同國家嘅菜安撫下我寂寞嘅心靈啦🤣
