有啲嘢食好耐冇食就會好掛住,例如酸菜烤魚🤤一坐低就叫咗個老壇酸菜烤魚,再加啲肥牛、黑豚肉、薯粉,好期待呀。烤魚份量好大條,餐牌佢話係鱸魚,應該係好少骨嗰隻。其實一上枱就已經食得,不過煮下佢啲酸菜會更加出味。我哋要咗小辣,辣度啱啱好,同埋好難得唔會過咸,調味好好。鱸魚係炸過嘅,如果唔煮即刻食係好香脆,煮完就索晒湯。肥牛同豚肉正常,豚肉有小小鞋,份量唔少。食到最後我地加晒啲薯粉落去個爐煲,連湯都食埋。見到好多枱都食無骨酸菜魚,下次要試下。
