行完屯市唸住去稻香晚飯,點知完來已結業,正在愁緒食乜好,就見到呢間拉麵店,很久以前都食過,佢嘅黑蒜油好正,一於就揀佢啦店舖雖然唔大,但裝修好有居酒屋風格精選小食點麵送的涼拌小食,帶子裙邊加爽脆的蔬菜,作餐前小食唔錯日式煎餃子外皮唔會煎到太乾太脆,仍保留軟熟感,餃子做到皮薄餡料飽滿又有肉汁日式黑油雞翼雞翼經過日式醬油滷煮之後,味道香甜帶點豉香燒秋刀魚秋刀魚經過燒製後略加點鹽及檸檬汁調味,味道已經很鮮燒汁治雞肉棒用免治雞肉加雞軟骨造成的雞肉捧,口感軟腍得嚟有脆口,加上燒汁十分惹味黑鬼濃厚豚骨湯叉燒拉麵濃香的黑蒜油加埋濃厚的豬骨湯底是整碗拉麵的靈魂,配埋經典的日式叉燒,絕對是連湯都唔會放過黃金濃厚豚骨湯叉燒拉麵湯底用咗大量的豬骨及昆布熬煮成金黃色濃厚帶膠質富鮮甜味,而拉麵口感爽彈,叉燒微焦帶肉香魚介沾麵湯底以豚骨熬煮出濃郁的湯頭再加入各式的魚乾一同熬製成傳統的魚介濃湯,配上炙燒黑豚肉、溏心蛋等,味道一流和哥山紀州梅子冰/翠梅梳打冰梅子冰口感像烏梅味;翠梅梳打酸甜夠氣,兩者都是開胃消暑之選
