To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重拾昔日大學記憶

因為要到港大聽講座，才不過九時左右便來到港大，趁講座還未開始，快快地找個地方醫肚。來到莊月明文娛中心，見到這間美心集團旗下的 Cafe 330，便入內幫襯。Cafe內雖然多的是大學生，但外人也有不少，放眼望去，這 Cafe地方偌大的，相信是不少大學生常到的廉價飯堂。這兒的早餐早知道沒有甚麼特別，想不到原來也不太便宜，簡單的「漢堡扒煎雙蛋多士早餐」連飲品已要二十多元，再加多碗「雪菜肉絲米粉」又要再多補三塊多，價錢幾與外間看齊呢！漢堡扒肉厚而實，茨汁味道尚可，吃來不會太乾。兩隻蛋都煎得太熟，不好吃，唯一的好處是我可以輕易地只吃蛋白，把中間的熟透了的蛋黃除去。匆匆吃過這平凡的大學 Cafe早餐，做個負責任的食客，把托盤和餐具放到收集處中擺好，便要聽講座了。這頓簡單的早餐，就當是重拾昔日的大學記憶呢！
