今日係我哋放假嘅last day, 一家三口就去咗重新裝修兼改名嘅聯邦皇宮試下. 由於今日係平日, 我哋坐低都係10:40啫, 點心價錢唔算貴, 11:30前入單-小點$9.8, 中點$12.8, 大點$16.8. 茶錢就$6.5一位 (星期六/日就$7.00)叫咗:馬拉糕--唔太甜又夠鬆軟, 正!蘿蔔金錢肚--金錢肚夠林, 少少辣, 蘿蔔又入味, 正!魚湯鮮竹卷--鮮竹卷用魚湯浸住, 相比傳統嘅蠔油鮮竹卷較為清新, 少了份油膩感.時菜鯪魚球--鯪魚球林滑, 又加入了蝦米, 令魚球多了咸鮮味. 唔錯!乾蒸牛肉—味道ok叉燒包—包皮鬆軟, 叉燒餡味道都幾好切雞燒肉飯一碗$20.00--燒肉皮脆, 切雞夠入味, 唔錯!收兩位茶錢另加一, 埋單$111.00

Other Info. : 原本我會比服務係5分, 因各侍應都有禮又主動, 唔會叫極都無人理. 但因某點心員嘅態度, 令到要減分. 事緣某點心員端上點心, 我一望叉燒包竟然有幾撻水印, 仲要唔係一個半個, 係三個都係, 當然即時同該點心員講啦. 點知個阿姐一句聲都無講就攞走籠叉燒包放回佢架點心車上. 我咪問佢咁即係點, 你又”給”咗印, 又無交代就攞走我籠包. 個阿姐就大聲夾惡話--<你話啲包濕嘛, 你要取消就自己搵經理攪.> 大佬我由頭到尾都無講過話取消喎, 咩取消就自己搵經理呀, 係你”給”咗印又無交代, 我先問你想點咋. 之後阿姐就悻悻然拋底一句--“入去換過籠比你”就閃咗. 等了5分鐘左右, 由第二個點心員比返籠叉燒包我, 呢個就好聲好氣話--剛才果籠包濕咗, 而家換返籠比你, 你睇下o唔ok? Well 咁先係嘛!
