當年在四川當交換生,最喜歡在天冷時吃個麻辣菜式,這種美味在腦海中一直難以忘懷。以為要再回去四川才能重温味道,沒想到在銅鑼灣有家川菜令我尋回美味。餐牌如下當晚人潮不少,沒想到香港人也蠻喜歡吃辣。葱油拌麵醬油平均的沾在麵條上,而且味道剛剛好不會過咸過淡,而葱油增添了香氣。酸菜魚 $198期待已久的酸菜魚終於上桌,從遠處已經嗅到陣陣酸辣味。以大碗奉上的酸菜魚,酸菜給得一黑點也不吝嗇,一片片的魚肉無骨,方便我這種懶人食用,魚片口感滑嫩新鮮。飄香毛血旺加上了蒜末、芫茜、辣椒、花椒、麻椒、葱等配料的毛血旺香氣四溢。鴨血嫩滑,其中還有午餐肉、豬腸、豬皮等十分入味。吃完這頓有如尋回了家鄉味,實在難忘。
