To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好多時夜收工，又要一個人食晚飯，就會諗起呢度嘅招牌豬扒飯，鍾意佢豬扒鬆軟入味，又大大塊，唔會乾爭爭，配埋個汁撈飯食十分開胃，我通常會特別要求多汁，確保夠汁撈飯嘛！晚餐38蚊有湯有飲品，呢個價錢好合理，加上佢晚晚必有豬扒飯揀，想幾時食都得 平日嚟食晚飯一般都唔會太多人，坐得冇咁迫又唔會趕你走，有時伙記哥哥仲會同你傾兩句添
