大紅袍最出名是這個名叫「金屋藏嬌」的湯底。以紅棗杞子熬製的黃金雞湯,中間有個冬瓜,頂層鋪上蟲草花和荽茜,蟲草花底下藏起了半隻黃油雞,從未見過那麼足料的湯底,又不油不膩,湯底夠火候,我不用點任何醬料打邊爐!手切的本地牛肉,鮮嫰肉又甜,細嚼間還帶絲絲牛肉香。大隻桶蠔新鮮又夠肥美另一油炸鬼釀蝦膠,雖然樣子特別,但略嫌有點硬。
