以往家住香港島,銅鑼灣自然是吃飯和行街的不二之選,這家銅鑼灣富豪酒店內的富豪金殿,卻是每次都因陰差陽錯之下未能品嚐。是日慶幸得到金殿之邀,與其他食家一起應約,可說是了結心願。金湯珍珠香茜魚蓉羹,一粒粒蛋白加忌廉打成,東星斑魚片很細嫩,整個羹的材料都配合得不錯。流金映月翠玉龍,用甘筍油,鎭江醋加蟹膏做成汁底,再加入龍蝦就完成。龍蝦肉很爽口,而且汁底亦可以襯托出龍蝦的鮮味。芙蓉黃金蝦,大蝦醮上鹹蛋黃再來煎炸,蝦炸得夠透,醮上蝦身的蛋黃味濃郁,蛋白也煮得夠滑而不會太淡,濃淡的食材都配搭得宜。黑醋鹵牛肋骨肉,肉汁超濃,而牛肋肉看起來已知道應該不會太靭,吃到口中就知道真的炆得很淋,但肋肉仍有豐富的肉味,是一道火候控制得宜的菜式。芝士焗釀鮮蟹蓋,蟹蓋內蟹肉澎湃,每一羮都吃著滿口的蟹肉,而且還充滿了牛油和芝士香,讓人一口接一口的吃。杞子松茸浸津白,津白無渣,配上杞子及松茸,菜汁很清甜,甜得可以當湯品嚐呢。櫻花蝦火腿蛋白炒飯,米飯炒得很乾身,櫻花蝦應該有先炒香,再加入飯中一起熱炒,先炒好的材料能令炒飯整體口感提升。燕窩杏仁茶,燕窩一大撮的放在碗中央,喜歡吃燕窩的人應該會很高興吧。不過杏仁茶不算很滑,但

燕窩杏仁茶,燕窩一大撮的放在碗中央,喜歡吃燕窩的人應該會很高興吧。不過杏仁茶不算很滑,但杏仁味還可以。

這裡的套餐套叫價HK$450一位,但以是日的質素,加上信用卡的折扣優惠,在人多車多餐廳更多的銅鑼灣區,仍是一個不錯的選擇。
