To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大家好！我又來啦～ 今次，我去咗黃金海岸酒店嘅聆渢咖啡廳食午餐Buffet啦。入到去，環境靚緻到不得了，一望出去，就見到泳池水光瀲滟，真係賞心悅目到不得了👀。坐定定，我就搶先衝去試嗰燒海鮮🦐，大蝦又大又鮮，咬落去嘅質感啱晒口味！燒蔬菜焦香得嚟又唔會太乾，真係靚仔得滯。然後，天婦羅同焗帆立貝更加係香脆同軟滑嘅完美結合！唔少得我最期待嘅抹茶疏乎厘班戟同可麗餅啦！😋 紅豆腍而唔膩，班戟軟綿綿嘅；而可麗餅加上奶油同糖漿，話咁易就成功攻陷我啲甜品胃！話說，西班牙海鮮湯真係好有誠意，鮮味喺口腔裡滴溜溜轉，非常搶鏡！而且飲品選擇多又唔錯，藍妹啤酒冰涼過癮，真心解渴💦。總結嚟講，聆渢咖啡廳嘅食物質素同環境係絕配嘅。從餐廳到酒店嘅BB友善設施，到食物嘅推介點個個就係我回味無窮嘅原因😊。 下次有機會，我一定會再嚟試試室外嘅feel，想必喺咁優美嘅環境度享受美食，會係一個怡心嘅體驗！記得留意我嘅美食旅程update喇～
