To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日收工過左去北角送禮,之後約埋老公一齊去食個 early dinner。記得健康東街有間食清湯腩嘅茶餐廳,諗住過去食碗腩河,嚟到發現原來舖頭已經轉左手,換上一間門面光鮮嘅冰室。睇過門口餐牌,見除咗冰室常見嘅茶餐、特餐等之外,仲有燒臘飯供應,一於入去試下。我哋點左個燒味大碗飯,一隻乳鴿、一碟油菜同一碗淨湯瀨粉。原隻切雞髀拼油雞髀飯 ($68):呢個雙髀飯賣相真係超吸引,兩大隻雞髀,幾乎將成個飯面完全遮蓋,氣勢十足。切雞髀油亮有光澤,雞皮薄身香甜,夠清爽又唔會油淋淋。雞肉雪白嫩滑,雞味濃郁,而且食落完全沒有多餘嘅脂肪。至於隻油雞髀亦醃得非常入味,雞皮微爽、富彈性。雞肉嫩滑結實,入口充滿豉油嘅甜香。套餐送老火例湯及咖啡或奶茶,碗蓮藕湯真係好正,真材實料,有湯有渣,感覺到無落味精,好飲。另外隻紅燒石岐乳鴿 ($52)  外形亦相當得睇,乳鴿即叫即炸,件頭夠大又脹卜卜,上檯時熱辣辣。外皮勁香脆,而且不滴油,鴿肉嫩滑多汁,配細滑爽口的瀨粉 ($16)  吃,既滋味又滿足。食完咁多肉,梗係要點返碟白灼油菜 ($20)  中和下,碟菜心灼得啱啱好,碧綠多汁,入口鮮甜無比。臨尾加左客下午茶餐:珍寶法蘭

臨尾加左客下午茶餐:珍寶法蘭西多士 ($33)  做甜品,西多入面抹了花生醬,面頭放左塊牛油,外皮炸至金黃香脆,切開裡面軟綿綿,配糖漿吃,更添滋味。以後嚟北角又多個開飯嘅地方。
