最近筲箕灣開咗一間新餐廳,作為地頭蟲,梗係要來試吓啦。餐廳個招牌寫住老字號新記雞粥,元朗嗰間真係未去過,唔知係咪咁好食,而呢間就等我嚟試吓啦。雖然餐廳唔係開咗好耐,但係成日行過都見到滿座。首先叫咗兩個前菜,呢個係麻辣鵝腎,唔算好辣,但係有麻嘅感覺,岩晒唔食得太辣既我!鵝腎較食開既雞腎硬身,但好爽口,幾入味,有啲酸菜係底,作為前菜都幾開胃。好耐冇食過酥炸魷魚鬚啦!魷魚鬚好大條好粗!邊嘅炸粉炸到好脆,好香口!上枱時仲熱辣辣,真係要小心啲!魷魚鬚係配喼汁,點埋酸酸地嘅喼汁,更能提升魷魚鬚嘅味道!招牌貴妃雞果然係招牌!真係好好味!大家估下呢度係一隻定半隻貴妃雞?答案係半隻!呢半隻貴妃雞好似成隻咁大,食極都食唔晒!貴妃雞凍凍地,肉質好嫩滑,雞皮都好滑!正!鹹魚雞粒炒飯鹹魚唔算好咸,但係有一陣陣鹹魚嘅香味。炒飯啲飯炒到好乾身,粒粒分明,加埋菜同埋蛋,成個炒飯配合得好好。泰式青檸冰好大杯,好清新既青檸味,爽呀!菊花蜜天氣轉涼,飲杯熱菊蜜就岩啦!唔算好甜,好潤!呢度嘅食物價錢好街坊一二百蚊就已經食到好飽!而且食物質素好好,係一間令人會再去嘅餐廳。真係好開心筲箕灣又多咗一間好好食嘅餐廳,以後食飯就有多一
