To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從裝修到餐牌,餐紙和圖片賣相都吸引......食完便覺得失望!葱油豬扒-葱煮到過了,沒有咸香的蔥味,沒有靈魂了。豬扒是大塊的,但有點實,沒有肉汁!瑞士汁雞亦雙蛋,瑞士汁死甜,雞亦又是實和有雪味!咖哩牛腩,很大碟......汁,但又係在汁出事了,咖哩沒層次,大x活高二班。菠蘿冰,不要試了,完全没菠蘿味。總結:賣相很吸引,但欠內在。試了一次便夠!價格一般,同區選擇很多,必須調整一下汁的味道和肉類的處理。
